Shipping & Pickup – Amorelia Luxury Floral Gifts

At Amorelia Luxury Floral Gifts, we take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful flowers to your door, ready for pickup at our store, or shipped nationwide via FedEx. Please review the following so your order arrives perfectly.

Delivery Options

• Store Pickup — Free. Pick up at our store (7257 NW 12th Street, Miami, FL 33126), ready 2 hours after ordering.
• Local Delivery — For addresses within 90 miles of our Miami store.
• FedEx Shipping — For addresses more than 90 miles away, within the continental United States.

Local Delivery Rates (within 90 miles)

• 0 to 10 miles: $30 per delivery.
• More than 10 miles, up to 90 miles: $30 for the first 10 miles + $1.60 for each additional mile.
• Example: 20-mile delivery = $30 + (20−10) × $1.60 = $46.

FedEx Shipping (more than 90 miles)

• We ship via FedEx to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
• FedEx rates are calculated in real time at checkout, based on the delivery address and box size.
• You can choose among the available FedEx services (all arrive the same date, at different times):
  • FedEx Standard Overnight — by approx. 5:00 PM (most economical)
  • FedEx Priority Overnight — by approx. 10:30 AM
  • FedEx First Overnight — by approx. 8:00 AM (premium, earliest)
• Cutoff: FedEx orders placed after 11:00 AM Miami time are processed on the next business day.
• No weekend FedEx service: weekend delivery dates are not available.
• Maximum 100 roses per FedEx shipment. Larger arrangements (125+ roses) are available for local delivery or store pickup only.
• For FedEx orders, the time slot shown at checkout does not apply — FedEx delivers within the chosen service's window on the selected delivery date.

Order Preparation

• All orders need a minimum of 2 hours to be prepared.
• Home Delivery: delivered after the 2-hour preparation time (times may vary with traffic).
• Store Pickup: ready 2 hours after placing your order.

Local Delivery & Pickup Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• These hours apply to local delivery and pickup. FedEx follows its own schedule. Orders placed within 1 hour of closing are scheduled for the next business day.

Important Information

• All our flowers are customized and personalized, so cancellations and refunds are not available once an order is placed (see our Refund Policy for exceptions).
• Please ensure the delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
• We reserve the right to adjust delivery times in case of extreme weather, carrier delays, or unusual traffic conditions.
